I wanted to take a few minutes of your time to Thank You for all of the referrals you have sent our way. We have had a variety of sales; alarm installations, audio and video equipment sales and installation, as well as some theater and media room design builds. Referrals are the life blood of any business, and your support of our company has been incredible.
As I am writing this letter to you it occurs to me that I have never written this type of letter before. We do get our fair share of referrals from other realtors, however, the other referrals are, well, different I guess is the word I am looking for. When any of other realtor partners send us their client that is really the last time we hear from them; they hand them off and that is it. In contrast, you contact us, give us the details of what the client needs, make sure you are at our first meeting with them to assist with what they/you feel needs to be done, and stays in touch with us throughout to make sure all goes as planned.
We pride ourselves in total customer satisfaction, which is a rarity in our business. And with realtors, well, my experience tells me it's almost non-existent. You go way above and beyond when caring for your clients Rob. I know your clients appreciate your efforts. I know we do.

When I decided to build a house in Scottsdale, I immediately thought of Rob Cowie.
